Good fats are non-saturated and provide the necessary nutrients to help reduce the risk of developing heart disease, cancer, depression and certain types of cancer. Good sources healthy fat include avocados, olive oil, almonds, walnuts, salmon, mackerel, tuna, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. The fats that you eat from cakes and pastries are not good fats. Try and avoid them.
